Not sure where else to mention or report this, but when using any kind of desktop scaling above the Windows default of 100%, selecting the dial option on the GoTo web version creates the dial menu pop-out as usual, but the pop-out judders as it does not appear to dynamically re-size based on window scaling.
Essentially, if on 125% desktop scaling in Windows, the dial menu pop-out is created too large, causing the top and bottom edges to hit the top and bottom edges of the screen and create a weird juddering effect as it tries to re-size itself but can't
