Is there an option for an Internal Use phone that has no license?

RBS_Draftsman

My company is interested in setting up a phone that we can use strictly for extension to extension calling within our phone system. I have seen some information about a low usage device but this requires a license to activate(I imagine because of the 50 external minutes they provide), and is only available with 20+ devices already added. We only have 11 devices currently. Are there any options for a phone that will call between extensions in our phone system that does require us upgrading the plan or adding more licenses?

Hi @RBS_Draftsman Welcome to the Community

Unfortunately, there isn't currently an option for a license-free, internal-only phone in GoTo Connect. All devices — including the low-usage option — do require a license to activate, as you suspected.

I have shared your feedback and interest with the team, but as mentioned this is not currently available or in planning.
