All of networks is gone and cannot be manage

hi i have some free networks, and today i cannot manage all of them, but in my hamachi application i still can see all of them, what is the problem and how to fix this? @GlennD

i realize another issue on my account, all of the members are gone from my web admin.

i've tried to to create new network using my hamachi client and transfer the ownership to my attached account, but it also not shown on the hamachi web maybe because no members shown, i can assure that my hamachi client is still attached to my email

I've reconfirmed the behavior through tests on my own account and devices, just to make sure nothing has changed recently.

If I create a new free network in the Hamachi client, when I right click on it I have the option to transfer ownership to the account the client is signed into. After refreshing the My Networks page the transferred network appears
If I right click a network that is already owned I only have the options to; Go Offline, Open Chat, Leave Network

On the client, right-click on the network that you want to transfer to your account

but i don't see

Transfer ownership to <your account>

do i need to update my hamachi client?

Hi @mesoftweb,

Changes with Free Networks are not recorded, so I have no way to confirm what happened with them. Since they are still listed in the Client you should be able to take ownership of them so they become visible in your account: Transfer a LogMeIn Hamachi network to your account
