We have been using Rescue's Share My Desktop feature several times in the last month and have random drops of the connection. We can reconnect using the same link as the original connection.
We have not used it prior to this fall so have no experience if it is a result of newer versions.
However - In a 3 hour demo this week, we lost the connection 5 times - once seemed to conincide with the 2 hour session login limit and had to create a new session.
Have others had a problem drop at the time of the session login limit (2 hour default) ?
NOTE: We are not having dropped connections in other Rescue session, although most are under 30 minutes in length.
