Hi there,
At our business, we use LogMeIn Rescue and one of the users has a Vista Business x32 machine. Every time the user tries to remote control a computer, it hangs on authenticating for a good 5 minutes. The firewall is turned off and there is no other firewall software. The browser being used for the console is IE8.
What could be causing this issue?
