Help Integrating with Autotask

I need some help integrating LMI Rescue with Autotask.  I have followed the Integration guide to the letter and all works well except for the posting of session data back to Autotask ticket.

 

If anyone is familiar with this, your help will be greatly appreciated.

Hello Kyle,

There have been a few changes to the way that Autotask handles this authentication for this integration. All that you will need to change on your end is:

In the setup for the RescuePIN LiveLink, look to the "Form Post Parameters" section
In the "tracking0" field, place your cursor in the box and scroll to the end
You will, now, see a parameter labeled as ""
Replace this with your actual password
(Also ensure that the parameter is followed by "@(your domain).com" instead of "@logmeindemo.com" as is outlined in the documentation)

As you might expect, this limits the integration to only one password being accepted by the integration. The "workaround" proposed by Autotask is to have all of your users share an Autotask password. They stated that they are researching other ways to handle password encryption on their end so as to allow dynamic passwords for the integration. Please, let me know if you have any other questions.
