Is there a generic Terms and Conditions list that we could supply end users?
Just some people are wary of remote support and wonder where they stand legally.

Thanks for the question. I'm sure you know that you can customize your terms and conditions in the Admin Center, but unfortunately we don't actually distribute any generic terms and conditions to our customers to use in their accounts. Since it's the customer that's providing their own unique support and not LogMeIn, we try to leave it to your discretion.
