We are using Rescue (love the product!) but have a licensing question.
We have 2 technician seats. I would like to be the master administrator without using up one of the technician seats. Currently one of the technician seats has to also be the Master Administrator. Is there anyway to do this?

right click and disable that technician, and then add another one.
