Rescue not working

I have just installed a trail copy of Logmein Rescue.

However when I launch it it starts & immediately logs out with the message

Technician Console has been closed

Your session has timed out or somebody has logged in using these credential from another browser

What is wrong here?

I have used the same email for the Rescue trial as I use for ordinary LogMeIn but with a different password.

Could that be the problem?

I tried another trial with a different email but that logged out too.

I hope someone has some wisdom here.

Hi Jeremey

I checked that - cookies were allowed but not 3rd party cookies. I corrected that and all seems well.

Are 3rd party cookies required by the client pc as well?

Could you check your browser privacy settings and ensure that 3rd party cookies are allowed?
