I would send connection invite to client via email or website 6 digit code, client would begin to connect. At the technician console on my side, I would see Waiting in bold blue font. It would then say connected when I double clicked on it however, no dialogue box would appear on clients side asking for permission to allow technician to remote control, it just stayed at "technician will be with you shortly" or something to that effect. About 10 seconds later it would show my screen as user disconnected or something to that effect as well.
I've searched and searched, can someone link me to a possible problem here. This has happened on two machines out of 3 I've tried to remote into with our company. I'm the IT Manager and if I can't get a better success rate out of LogMeIn Rescue we will have to try something else (any suggestions?).
I love this program so I hope it's something I can fix, but doubtful. FYI, I asked the end user to look in his taskbar and read off the running apps and no firewall was present on either.
