Updating IP address

How do I update the ip address for my computer in Logmein? When I try to access my computer remotely, it says that it's offline and has a different IP Address. I know the cmputer is on line and I'm thinking that if update the ip address I will be able to access it.

You shouldn't need to update the IP address of the remote machine.  That's one of the biggest benefits of log me in.  The logmein service on the computer connects to logmein servers and updates the IP address its self.

 

If it says its offline either the computer is off, the LMI service is not running, a network problem has occurred somewhere (at the remote computer end most likley.).
