session expires too quick

Question

hi guys , can anyone help me on how to extend the time in which logmein closes the session when computer is not used ,  i get out alot here and there and always have to initinate the connection again

any idea

Hi,

You can extend idle timeout settings in the Rescue Admin Center, on the Technician Group Settings page.
