Chat off & Automatic unattended access request ?

Hi there, ì would like to know if it would be possible to custumize the client's client so that when it's launches:

- The chat module is switched off by default

- An unattended access request is automatically requested

I too was under the belief that unattended access was on its way, though, the implementation seems a bit broken? Is unattended access going to be fully implemented or not? I have many clients who wish for me to install software and such at the end of their work day, or after hours. Someone is not always available at the other end.
