Does anyone know of a way to download my calling card to a USB thumb drive and install the calling card when I am at a customer site?
Yes I do this all the time - log onto the Admin Center, highlight the technican that would be used to accept callling card requests and select the "Channels" reference at the top of your screen. Then scroll down and you should be able to see a "Generate Calling Card for this Channel". There you can enter a name for the installer, then download it to your USB Key.
