I second this problem. Firefox 3.6.10 does not work with Logmein Rescue. I have also tried 3.6.9. It does not work either. 3.6.8 works fine.

What browser are you using when you get this issue?

I know that firefox 3.6.9 and 3.6.10 break some features in Logmeinrescue.

my symptoms with those browsers are can create a new session with user as my list of available subscription are all "off". if i use Internet Explorer 6 & 7 & 8, FF 3.0 FF 3.6 previous to 9 its all ok
