Suggestion: make Rescue affordable for small businesses

I run a small consulting company and use the Central console for all my recurring clients. I occasionally need to access a one-off client or a client that doesn't want me to install the LMI software on their computer; however, I don't have a good option right now to support them. LMI is the best for remote access as far as I'm concerned, but I can't even begin to justify the high price tag for the number of sessions I'd do in a month.

If you put out a package that was limited to say, 25 remote sessions per month or something similar, I'd consider using it in my business. Help out the little guys, LMI!

No other charges or fees apply and a single incident means you can connect to the same PC and Mac an unlimited number of times withint a 24 hour timeframe. Not a terrible option, but not all my calls are billable so I'm not sure it's a good option for my biz...

I'm in the same boat. I'm the only one that provides remote support, but I would probably only use Rescue a few tiimes per month at most. i'd love to use it, but I just can't justify $100 per session.
