Unattended Install While On-Site?

As a former GoToAssist Express user.. LMIR is a great product. However there is one (two actually) key feature of GTAX that we miss:

 

We would like to ability while physically on-site at the customers computer to be able to simply install the unattended access via a URL of some sort. For example, in GTAX we could connect to a a specific URL (say: www.logmein123.com/unattended) and that would prompt foru our technician login, then give us the prompts to install the UA access. This prevents us from having to use another computer to do the initial connection and makes the install of the UA client on a large group of PC's in a single location run much faster.

 

Does this ability exist in LMIR, or something similar? If not, is there a place here where we can officially make that suggestion?

Yes, using rescue on each machine is an optiion. But you'd have to install the console first on each machine too and that would add time to the job.

 

With the now live CONNECT on LAN feature this has been simplyfied, but still doesn't answer the OP's concern.

 

On great idea just came to me for you LogMeIn guys to conside, what about batch creation of rescue PIN's? Say click new session, and an option to create pins for say up to 10 computers at the same time and autmatically name the customer as #1, #2, etc. with the ability to save as a text file or send by email.

 

This would simply thing when support needs to connect to several computers. Say I get a new client and he has 20 PC's. I generate a batch of PINs or LINKS and send them to the client, who can then use the pins or links on each computer. As of now, when I need several pins for a client I have to do it one by one.
