Issues with Vista

Has anybody else had issues with Vista 32/64 when installing programs etc and the black screen comes up asking the user if they wish to continue, It looks to the remote analyst that the machine is locked or the connection has dropped.

Has anybody else had this issue? and how did you go about resolving this?
