Over the last year, I have been playing with the LogMeIn API and created a really nice Real Time Dashboard that displays all active sessions and seperates them by status. This is designed to be placed on a television screen in the office so everyone can see the Service Desk Workload.
I would like to enhance the product in the near future, but I have reached the limit of what the API can offer me. I would like to see at least the following items in a future release.
- The ability to see real time chat logs of a session over an API Call (Via SessionID)
- The ability to see the screen of the remoted user
- The ability to see any log the tech pulls (System Overview, Installed Applications, Event Viewer)
- The ability to "insert" a message to the ACP
