I use Rescue to support my clients to keep servers/clients running reliably and securely. Allows for remote connectivity troubleshooting and assistance without expensive travel. Provides quality support at an affordable cost to my clients, making Rescue a benefit for both.
3. How will the new features in Rescue Beta give you more control of your IT world? (3+ sentences) Having access to multiple monitors is a excellent feature as you can be connected to servers and clients to troubleshoot network connectivity problems. Also allows for viewing multilple desktops to narrow troubleshooting. The new feature of applet branding will allow the client to feel more secure with company logo instead of a generic logo. Tear-Away RC feature along with multiple monitors will be most beneficial to technician as sessions will appear in seperate windows helping to indentify sessions. We are a growing company and this product with remote support features has helped us obtain additional clientel.
