Hi LMI,
I would like to propose a new product challenge from you, that I would like to see available and included in my LMI rescue account for no additional fee.
I would like to be able to offer support to customer's on their Wii. I have done research and found out that the Wii is basically a mini PC and has internet capabilities using Opera web browser and items can be downloaded to it. It should be possible to download a plug in or something to the Wii to enable someone to take remote control of the Wii console. This would include being able to view the file system remotely, view the screen just as if I were sitting in front of it using a Wii controller.
Since you are able to hook up a USB keyboard and mouse to the Wii and use it as a computer system, why can't we offer remote support to the Wii for those who need help programming their Wii!
I want to be the first to test this out and demo it on my Wii! I want to be the first to offer this solution to customer's worldwide. This is a great idea and a great invention. With this idea, we can setup wireless networking on the Wii for customer's and set all of their settings for them.
What do you say? I am willing to dedicate the time that I need to work with the development team and my Wii can be used as the training grounds for this. Let's get this rolling right away!
