I want to make a suggestion. I run a very small business and I am currently using the Rescue Pay as you go option. I am trying to integrate everything together and am running into a problem. I do not charge very much for my service however, I need to have a chat option, amongst many other things that all require monthly subscriptions :-\ I know Logmein rescue has a chat option, but according to sales I am charged a connection fee as soon as someone utilizes it, even if I never launch a remote desktop session.
I would like to recommend to not charge when we initiate a chat session, because we don't always get the client. However, charge the fee as soon as the remote desktop application is launched. This would be a very beneficial help to us small businesses.
