Yet another great feature that could be implemented in rescue. But, LogMeIn Rescue does not provide any type of HTML code for what you are looking for; such as the one provied with similar services like crossloop for example.
One suggestion would be to use a third party service like livehelp. I thinkg you can also use Skype for this purpose. Start talking or chating and direct them to applet download when ready.
You can also use rescue instant chat.
