I have had four different users machines (Vista/7 32/64bit) where I can load the program/utility but when I try to use any of the menus/functions/buttons/activate window/maximize window I get no response not even a delayed response. But if I ask the user they have no issues. A few programs I have noticed this issue with are:
Microsoft Management Console (MMC)
Norton Internet Security 2010
Outlook 2010
Keep
I have been working on a Vista 32bit machine, and have tried using both Firefox and IE but get the same issue. Does anybody else have the same problem? Or have any work around? Also in regards to UAC not showing (like connection hanging) do you disable UAC?
