Windows Mobile 6.1: Unable to connect. Please check your Internet connection and try again.

Hello,

We've got a Datalogic Memor with Windows Mobile 6.1, when I download and install the rescue client and fill in the 6-digit pin I get this error:

"Unable to connect. Please check your Internet connection and try again."

I've tried it on two different WIFI networks and reinstalled it several times, but I still get this error... any ideas?
