unattended access - multiple technicians

We have 3 Rescue seats and would like to be able to share the unattended access list between us. So if I setup unattended access to a particular computer while on a remote session, I'd like the other 2 seats to be able to access this computer from their accounts.

Is that possible?

You can also go to "computers" in the admin center and select all the llisted computer for each techncian, then select "Move to technician group" drop-box and pick "All Tecnicians" from the drop-down menu.

It looks like when unattended is first installed it lists the computer under the technician who installed it, requiring you to manually move or copy the computers to the groups or technicians from the admin console. There is no option for picking where to list the computer at the moment of unattended access installation.

Thank you! Using the admin center to move the computer out from the specific technician into the group solved the problem for me.

It would be great if you were able to set this as a default so that whenever a computer was added it was immediately available for all technicians in that group, but this is a good start. Maybe for a future release we can see this feature enhanced.

I do not have more than 1 seat, but from what I can understand and what I see available in the admin center you should be able to this without problem.

In the Admin Center, you need to create a group for your technicians. I, for example, have a single group called "Master Technicians", my name is under that group. If you expand the tree on the left, you'll find the computers listed under one technician or different computers under different techs. Drag and drop all the computers you want them all to have access to and place then under the group. It should look something like this when you are done:

-Technicians

-Master Technicians <- Technician group

-Channels <- Channels for THIS group

- Channel 1

- Channel 2

Unattended Computer #1 <- Unattended computers for THIS group

Unattended Computer #2

Unattended Computer #3

Unattended Computer #4

Unattended Computer #5

Unattended Computer #6 and so on...

-Tehcnician 1

- Computers

Unattended Computer xx <- Unattended computers for THIS tech only

-Technician 2

- Computers

Unattended Computer xx <- Unattended computers for THIS tech only

-Technician 3

- Computers

Unattended Computer xx <- Unattended computers for THIS tech only
