We have users that are forced VPN into our main office and we seen to have problems connecting to them from our main office. If they use the sonicwall netextender VPN client logmein works without issue but if they use the windows VPN method, we can log in but as soon as we try to log off logmein disconnects and never reconnects. Is there a reason for this? Their internet is still working, shouldn't logmein just reconnect as always?
