Rescue Pro - Unable to use Technican Console (Error Code 4)

Hi,

I'm unable to start the Technician Console on my PC, when I Log in and click on Launch Technician Console the console opens and then displays:

[2011-05-09 13:55:46] === Console started ===
[2011-05-09 13:55:47] Start Console communication error. Error code (4), Last error (87).

Anyone got any ideas?

PC Config:

Win 7 x64 IE 8

It was working when we first purchased LogMeIn, and I have to admit I haven't needed to use it in quite awhile. I've tried disabling all IE add-ons and uninstalled and reinstalled the LogMeIn software, all to no avail.
