I have been running into a weird problem when I disconnect from a user after remote support with LogMeIn rescue. When I disconnect and hang up the phone, I get a call back a few seconds later from the user who says they cannot type anything or enter text fields and their mouse buttons appear to not work either. This has happened four times in the past week and it does not matter whether I run it as a service or not. This is on XP and 7 so far. I tell the user to reboot, which resolves the issue, but I would like this to not be an issue at all. Is there something I am doing wrong or is this something in LogMeIn?
