Rescue sessions and NUMLOCK key

Hi there:

I've noticed that my rescue sessions get interrupted with the NUMLOCK key being turned on automatically. Is there anyway to prevent this? It can get messy when typing passwords - I usually have to exit out of the fullscreen session, turn off my NUMLOCK key, then go back to full screen mode session.
