Chat window Always on top

Question

Is there an option to make the chat window always on top?

I want to be able to chat with customer, and meantime show him how to do something on another window.

Select "Settings" on their chat window. Under the "General" tab there is an option to "Keep Application in the foreground". Tick the box and your problem is solved.
