Rescue Error

Hi,

I managed to connect to a remote site before and it was fine. Suddenly i now cant connect to ANY PC onsite. The user gets "invalid certificate"

I got the user to do Ctrl,Shift and Alt when connecting and they are getting this error below. Can anyone help?

Error (in Ssl handshake) certificate verification failed.
