We are having issues with one of our servers.
whenever I attempt to connect with LMIR and then elevate to " ruan as a service "
the LMIR service hangs at stopping. the console comes back saying everything went ok but you can no longer do anything with the machine.
I have tried numerous times to dleete the accoutn and then all instances in the temp dir. when I come back to try again we get the same results.
any assistance would be appreciated.
