LMIproxyhelper.exe

hi i'm new to using logmein and i'm trying to use the console.

when the page opens i get an error....

'windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. you may not have the appropriate permissions to access them'

the file is c:\windows\downloaded program files\lmiproxyhelper.exe.

the file is in the folder but continuously get this popup error no matter how many times i click on close.

any ideas?

I have the same problem and tried to paste LMIProxyHelper.exe in C:\Windows\Downloaded Program Files but I`m not allowed. I don`t receive a permission error, I just can not paste it.

Do you as the user logged into the computer have read/write privileges to that directory? Try creating a new text document in that folder and let me know the result. This will guide us to whether you have the permissions needed.
