I have issue with LogMeIn Rescue Technician Console.
Although Technician is online using Rescue Console with active Customer sessions, offline page often appears while trying to download applet. This has happened for the first time two weeks ago, I have not had this problem before. Loging out and back into Rescue Console temporarely fixes the problem...
Anyone with similar issues? LMIR Bug? There is not enough of free ports? Reinstallation of the add-on and/or application?
