Helpdesk software and/or billing integration?

Is there any helpdesk software and/or billing intgration that could be used with this product so you could keep history of your customers problems, that could be used to track your time for billing?

Hi Rising, our company makes AyaNova service management software (http://www.ayanova.com) and our customers who also use LogMeIn products have been requesting we look at integrating AyaNova with LogMeIn products.

I know this is an older thread but reading through the replies it's right in the area of what we're considering and what our AyaNova product can do so I thought I would post this here.

I believe LogMeIn It Reach is already integrated with N-Able. It is their remote support tool.

I purchased a product called SupportCenter. It was written in PHP and uses some JAVA. They actually said that I now own the code and can customize it to meet my needs. I would love to have that integrated with Logmein.

If nothing else if I had the option to call a third party to integrate with this. Is this Possible?

If the developers need to look at the code I can provide it, and they can even look at my helpdesk software to see what it does.

I second that. Autotask.com would be a great add-on to this. That is the one advantage that Nable or others have over logmein.com. The integrated Helpdesk. I am sure I am like most on here, I would not mind paying extra for having that as an addon.

You guys should really look into partnering with Autotask.com. They make one of the best CRM systems targeted specifically at IT MSPs. Alerts from their current partners, like N-Able, go right into the system and create trackable tickets attached to the appropriate client. Brilliant!
