PRODUCT QUESTION - Remote Support capability

I want to be able to provide remote "over the shoulder" type of support to friends & family (ie, akin to Windows Remote Desktop). I'd like to be able to take over their desktop/screen, and have them watch what I'm doing - so I can instruct them over the phone. Which LogMeIn product is best suited to provide this?

Just take the standard LogmeIn - the free or the pro should work for you. LMI Rescue is way too expensive for that kind of job.
