I'm having trouble setting waiting session alarms. I would like for the color of the waiting sessions to change for every minute they wait up to five minutes. Right now, no matter what I seem to do, when a session comes into a technician console, they are blue for 30 seconds and then plain black for the rest of the five minutes. I have tried and saved about three different settings but it seems to do nothing other than blue for 30 seconds then black. I am making the change both on the Channel Settings page and the Technician Group Settings page. Help!
I assumed below when it says "0=hold color" on the green alarm line, for example, that means a chat would turn green at the 1 minute waiting mark and hold the color until the 2 minute mark where purple would take over.
Time-out alarm (red): before time-out for: [60] sec(s)
Waiting session alarm (blue): when session arrives for: [60] sec(s) (0 = hold color)
Waiting session alarm (green): after [1] min(s) (0 = no alarm) for: [0] sec(s) (0 = hold color)
Waiting session alarm (purple): after [2] min(s) (0 = no alarm) for: [0] sec(s) (0 = hold color)
Waiting session alarm (orange): after [3] min(s) (0 = no alarm) for: [0] sec(s) (0 = hold color)
And I have tried this as well. I assumed here that, for instance, it would hold blue for 60 seconds, then at the 1 minute mark switch to green, hold green for 60 seconds, then switch to purple, etc. Also wrong.
