Satisfaction survey

I'm currently testing Logmein Rescue. At first just to see the smartphone remote control capability bbut the more I test the product the more I love what I see even outside the smartphone control.

I still have one big interrogation tough. I've seen that Rescue is supposed to be able to handle satisfaction survey but I can't seems to find where I can manage/use this. I've made several test connexion on other computers and smartphone and never received a satisfaction survey so it does seems it need to be setpu somewhere first but where ?

thanks I had our logmein account manager on the line and found out how to use this then. My problem was that I was connected on the rescue console with the main admin wich is not connected to any chanel

Since a created other technicien it's not htat hard to find

Thank you for your question.

To enable or modify surveys, go to your Admin Center and select the desired 'Technician Group' on the left then choose 'Settings' on the top of the screen. From here, scroll down and you will see a section for both a Technician and Customer survey. Once finished making your desired changes, click 'Save Changes' at the bottom of the screen.
