At work we are using LogMeIn Rescue and I have set up unattended access on various computers so that I can get into machines without having to re-create sessions every time.
If I reboot the machine, LMI automatically logs into the machine using the administrator account that I supplied when logging into the unattended access. I do not want this to happen. Sometimes I need to be logged into the local user's account (who are not administrators) instead of the administrator account.
What I want is, if the computer is sitting at the login screen, give me the option to auto-login with the administrator credentials, or don't use those and log in normally. I know the LMI free has a popup banner message giving me the option, but the rescue version does not. It autmoatically logs me into the administrator account whether I want it to or not.
Sometimes I can, after it finishes logging into administrator, log out and then log back in as the local user, but other times when I hit log out, it kicks me off my session completely, then when I reconnect, it logs me back into administrator again. It can get really frustrating.
Any suggestions or tips?
