Logmein Rescue Unattended Access - no option to install

Hi, I am using the Technician Console and I have managed to connect to a windows 2008 server to setup unattended access but when I click on the relevant tab all the options are greyed out.  I can access if there is a user at the other end no problem but really need to setup unattended access 

 

It maybe a firewall problem or something if it uses a different port ?

Have you tried having someone else connect first, getting you in via a session, and then setting up the unattended access? I don't remember being able to do what you ask, and that might be by design as a security feature. (IE you can't set up an unattended session without the explicit permission of the "customer".)
