I'm looking for a company to help with workload for a government contract. There would be just 45-55 end users, but I can't be available 24/7/365. I was hoping another company using the same software could help with coverage. Support provided would be for Windows XP and 7. Industry specific software would be supported would be handled by my company on-site in most cases.
