We have computers in our office setup for unattended access but we can only access it from one of our accounts. we have eight accounts and would like any of them to access the systems.
From what I understand, if you have 8 separate accounts, you will only be able to access the UA computers from the account they were installed with.
Now, if you meant to say that you have an account with 8 tech-seats, in that case you can. Apparently the way it works is that the UA computer is listed as available for the technician who installed it. What you need to do is go to the 'Admin Console' after you install UA and there you can manage all the UA computers and manage your groups of technicians as well as computers and from there you assign access no matter which technician installed it to all or some technicias.
