One of our Windows 7 PCs has started taking 1-3 minutes to activate the 'New Session' button after opening the console, creating an annoying delay for customers who have to wait before we can offer them support. It happens using both the desktop and web version, but only on the one PC; others on the same network are fine.
Is this a known issue with a fix, or is there something I can do to debug it?
