Start Console communication error. Error code (0), Last error (0).

Hi all

I'm running latest version of the Firefox Logmein Rescue plugin and I am internet connected (I've just created an account here to post this message) but in the console I can't create an new session and I get this. Thought it might be company firewall issue so tried again from home and I get the same message

[2012-08-15 09:35:53] Could not download list of RTF resource files.
[2012-08-15 09:35:53] Could not download list of device images.
[2012-08-15 09:35:53] Could not download list of available dictionaries.
[2012-08-15 09:35:53] Start Console communication error. Error code (0), Last error (0).

I know I'm logged in as I can see a Logout option in the Option menu.

Any thoughts please?

Please try removing the Tech Console plugin, and reinstalling it. Otherwise, I would suggest contacting our support department

I am using below URL but getting same error, when select "Launch Technician Console"

my Firefox Ver is 15.0.1.

Are you able to do this through the standard LogMeInRescue site, and not the Enterpsrise one?
