I'm just curious to see if I'm the only one with this issue and if there's a solution.
I'm using a trial version for LMI Rescue+Mobile, I have connected to an iPhone 5 with iOS 6.0 and with this version of LMI we are supposedly able to "push" email configuration and other settings to an iOS device; however upon entering the information in the technician console and selecting the button that says "Push Settings" and then the "chat console" does indeed say "Settings Pushed Successfully" and an option does appear on the iPhone to apply those settings, but upon selecting those settings, it takes you to 'Settings -> General' and then does nothing.
Upon further research, according to the LMI instruction manual, when selecting the option to accept the settings, it should take you to 'Settings -> General -> Profile' where it will then prompt the user to install a profile with those email configurations; however in iOS 6.0 there is no such setting or option or button that has "Profiles" so I'm assuming that LMI Rescue+Mobile just doesn't support iOS 6.0 yet which is fine, but there does seem to be a lack of indication as to which versions of iOS that it does support, although I did see in the instruction manual that it will only work with iOS 2.0 and up.
Perhaps this is just an instance of documentation needing to be updated, but I was wondering if anyone else has had similar problems or if they have found a way to solve the problem noted here?
