Having an issue on a customers Citrix server, when they are on their hosted desktop and I get them to start a new 'Rescue' session it will run the application, connect to my machine but when I click on 'Launch Remote Control Session' it reports the following in their LogMeIn window:
'You have denied full permission to Technician'
They are given no popup's to grant access just a straight deny.
UAC is turned off and I have disabled the full Symantec Anti-Virus suite (which replaces Windows Firewall) with no joy. Also there are no events in the Event Viewer.
I think this might be a permissions issue but not sure where to start looking, any ideas??
