Rescue and Citrix

Any help on this would be really appreciated...

I used LogMeIn Rescue to connect to one of our users in the US while she was running a Citrix session.

Now, whenever someone else connects to the same Citrix server the Rescue "Waiting for Technician..." box appears, even though the Rescue session has been closed.

Any ideas? Cheers.

We log in to Citrix at the hospital where I work to set up our schedules etc. HP personnel cleaned up my computer the other day, and also cleaned that out-I had it posted on my favorites. So now i can't get in to-a computer guy friend set it up,but he's left town.

Can you please post the way it was resolved, so in the future, other people may know how to resolve it ?
