I have attempted to follow the instructions from the web link: https://support.freshdesk.com/solution/articles/29369-integration-with-logmein-rescue
In the Global Settings page of the Admin Page of the Admin Console under
ASP.Net C# server side example hosted by the customer, I have located my CompanyID in the source code, and copy and pasted it into FreshDesk. I also generated an SSO password as well, which I copied into FreshDesk's LogMeIn Admin Settings.
However,
Even with this information configured, I am unable to get the LogMein Rescue Widget to appear with a new ticket.
What am I missing or doing wrong with this configuration.
I want to keep using LogMeIn Rescue because I like the service, but I need a web-based front-end such as FreshDesk. Any information is appreciated.
