I tried to remote access a PC via the LAN a day or two ago and the connection dropped and would not restart. I was able to have the user just use the calling card to get a connection to me however the first one still showed up in my queue until I restarted the Tech Console. Now this PC is getting a message that says "One or more LogMeIn Rescue application files are corrupted or missing." I have done a search on here and Google and can't find anything to fix this issue. I have uninstalled and deleted all the reg keys that are related to rescue and reinstalled and still get the message. If the window is just closed it reopens after about 5 seconds saying the same thing. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
